birthday pie. i got inspired and cooked a big roast, yorkshire puddings, and apple pie FROM SCRATCH which i have always wanted to do! apart from catching the oven on fire it was a great success!!!

they have started building the house next door so in an effort to stop them leaving the yard to go over there and watch, i have put the ramps up against the fence so they can climb up and watch from inside the yard! this is becuase the other day they snuck out the back gate and were busy playing inthe dirt that the guy in the exavater had JUST dug up. he had stopped it for a bit because a truck had turned up with a load of dirt!!! boys!!!

anyway we are very busy as you can imagine, i have even stolen mum for a few more days cos i am definatly not 'bouncing back' as quickly this time round, maybe it has something to do with turning 30!!hahah!
