christmas day!

tired boys after all the fun and food!



had to try it out right away of course, inside cos it was raining! hahah! rubes loved it!!



nan and grandads presents! zeke was allowed to help open it!



took him a while to get the hang of it! jay and i both wish they made these in adult size, those things were sooooooooooo fun as kids!



zeke was pretty stocked with his ball and walked round holding on to it for ages!







lots of thier pressies were bought with going to peel island in mind but due to weather we stayed off the water as there is enough on the ground right now without having to go to sea!



opening 'big' presents, after breakfast and getting dressed of course, aye mum!!!hahah!

man oh man talk about excited this morning! and that was ME!!!! hahah! i woke up at 4.30 to play santa and put the stockings on thier beds and then i couldnt go baack to sleep!!! called mum and lex, still early, treid to sleep to no avail. got up and wandered round eventually! and of all mornings they didnt wake up till 7.30am!!!!!!hahah!

rubes was pretty interested in his presents this year, not that the poor kids got much from us but they dont know that!~hahah!

zeke and his birthday bike which he is getting the hang of!



rubes learnt to start himself off on his big bike so that is very exciting. the next day he asked to go back to the park and spent 1.5 hours riding round!!!



the next day, another storm, and this truely was the colour outside! fairly freaky!

today for a change it was not raining so we went to the park! the kids had fun, however it was crazy hot and humid, i think upwards of 30 for maybe the 1st time this summer and so we didnt stay too long! i think next time we may venture to the pool to play rather than the park!



















we have had great fun in the puddles in our backyard, it has been raining sooooooooooo much, we stillhave not been able to get our shed up! i have had ALOT of washing seeing as the boys fall down and get dirty about 3 times a day!

well the littlest one is now one~! we had a little party for him on saturday, im not sure that he had a clue what was going on but rubes sure had a great time and is having fun with zekes fabulous new presents~
of course its GREAT to have nan here, specially after we all had the tummy bug and not much got done for a number of days! we didnt intend however to give it to her and she spent her birthday throwing up!!!! poor mum! at least we did actually remember it!

walked to the park today for a bit, which was nice, rubes walked nearly the whole way and has consequently slept all afternoon!!!! i even got some scrapbooking done thanks to mums persuading!!!!!
