it was a little windy - look at the hair blowing in the breeze!~



look at the sky! we thought we were going to get drenched but somehow it missed us! this was before a wave bowled rubes and he got cold and grumpy cos i wouldnt change his shorts even tho they were wet! he didnt get that shorts are allowed to be wet!!!

we went and spent the day with the helms at their beach house in Lennox head, there were lots of people there for the day, brother workers included and it was fun! weather a little iffy but warm enough!

leg 1, home to ballina

zeke meanwhile found the set of drawers far more interesting!!!!!



rubes staked his claim on the bed with the remote!!

the roads were pretty shocking so jays new spotties came loose with all the bumping around! forbid that we shhould lose them so we had to stop on the side of the road....

the happy coach tour bus came and joined us at the park and the driver filled us in on all there was to know about nimbin and canabis in general!



picnic lunch in the park at Nimbin, this was after justing had walked down the street, some guy posked his head out the bushes and asked him if he wanted any pot!! Nimbin is werid and i have NO desire to ever go back there again!gave me the willies!



the peacock i nearly hit as we were driving into Nimbin, i was driving much to my joy beacuase justin tried to cut his hand off at work the day before we left and so he was too sore to change gears etc thru all the hilly stuff!







some little town we drove thru on our way to nimbin! i have fallen in love with northern NSW its sooooooooo beautiful!









we even saw some whales playing around!
